All games supplied by Trippy Trades are 100% compatible on PAL systems, unless stated otherwise. Whilst we do offer NTSC games, Games from other regions are in their own separate section.

PAL and NTSC are regional formats for Console gaming. In Australia, most retro games and consoles follow the PAL standard. PAL games work only on PAL consoles, while NTSC-J and NTSC-U/C games require their specific console types. We've sorted games from non-PAL regions into separate sections, ensuring you browse PAL titles exclusively.

 Unless otherwise specified, all games we sell are in English. For instance, Japanese games will have an NTSC-J region code. Additionally, some games provide the option to switch to English within the settings.

All of our games are authentic and genuine. We go through a rigorous authentication process to make sure of this.

Trippy Trades offers a 3-month warranty on all products, ensuring they function as advertised. If the item is deemed faulty the product can be replaced or refunded.

Our return policy allows for unwanted items to be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returns must be sent by post.

Trippy Trades offers disc repair for $5 per disc. While we've successfully fixed many games, Blu-ray Discs like those for Wii U, PS3, Xbox One, and PS4 may not be repairable. We also provide a convenient send-in service with the link below!

Yes, we offer cartridge battery replacement for Nintendo and Sega games with save batteries. You can either use our send-in service or get it done in-store on the same day.

At the moment, we handle minor repairs like thumbstick replacements and Game Boy lens replacements directly in-store. Please give us a call beforehand to confirm that we can meet your repair needs. We're also working on expanding our repair services to provide more comprehensive assistance.
