DELIVERY INORMATION

Online orders are processed and sent within 1 business day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that there is a cut-off time at 12 PM; AEST Melbourne time, orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock. Please refer to the shipping time and shipping cost tables below for estimated delivery times and costs.

In store pick up

Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Saturday to Sunday
Pick Up: Ready within 2 hours, you will receive an email once ready
What to Bring: Copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID.
Pre-Orders: Ready once we recieve stock after the release date, you will receive an email confirmation when your pre order is ready for pick up.

If someone else will be picking up your order, please reply to the order confirmation email to inform us.
